After years as a collector of 16th to 19th century paintings and drawings, Franck Baulme launched a gallery in Paris as from 2008. Since 2014 the gallery has settled in the Hotel de Tessé, an 18th century palace, 1 Quai Voltaire in front of the Louvre, where he presents European works of art, 16th to 18th. In past years he participated at the "Biennale des Antiquaires" BRAFA 2014, Paris Tableau Bruxelles 2017, Fine Arts Paris till 2022. The gallery organizes drawings and paintings exhibitions, three times a year. Museums such as Louvre, the National Gallery of Washington, of Dublin, LACMA, Musée d’Art et d’Histoire Neuchâtel, Royal Castle of Warsaw, Fondation Roi Baudouin, Musée Fabre Montpellier, Musée Barrois Bar-le-Duc, Musée Beaux-Arts Liège, Strasbourg, Rennes, Orleans, Nancy, Vic sur Seille, Ajaccio and Limoges, the Musée de l'Opéra and de la Vie Romantique, B.N.F., de Port Royal near Paris, etc. as well as major private collectors have purchased works of art from his gallery.
