Galerie Bailly opened its doors to the public in 1977 at 25 Quai Voltaire, in the prestigious art district of Paris. 30 years later, Charly and Hanna Bailly, continuing the family passion and tradition, founded the Bailly Gallery in Geneva. The gallery’s vast collection consists of artworks by some of the greatest masters from the 19th and 20th centuries, such as Auguste Rodin, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Marc Chagall, Pablo Picasso, Lucio Fontana, Serge Poliakoff, Chu The-Chun, Zao Wou Ki, François-Xavier and Claude Lalanne, amongst others. By means of its meticulously selected collection, focused on modern and post-war art and including the highest quality paintings, sculptures and works on paper, Bailly Gallery prides itself in helping to create and enrich important collections for both institutions and private collectors worldwide.
