Founded in 1869 in Madrid, the Galerie Delvaille settled in Paris in 1955. Olivier Delvaille succeeded his mother, Madame Delvaille, as director. The gallery specializes in French painting dating from the middle of the 19th century to the post-impressionist period and in exceptional 18th century French furniture. The strict standards the gallery insists on when selecting paintings and furniture have played a great part in establishing the strong bonds of confidence from Mr Delvaille's clients.
