Marjan Sterk has been one of the most important dealers in antique jewellery and silver in the Netherlands for many years. Her gallery is located at Nieuwe Spiegelstraat 63, in the heart of the antiques centre of Amsterdam. In her collection, you will find jewellery from around 1800 to contemporary artist jewellery and everything in between: early rose-cut diamonds, elegant Art Nouveau, bold Art Deco, and swinging designs from the 1940s and 50s. Many pieces bear the signature of renowned jewellers such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron or Tiffany & Co., but also of great designers such as René Lalique or René Boivin. The 1960s, 70s, and 80s are also well represented with highly wearable designs from major French houses as well as makers like David Webb and Andrew Grima.
