Gold and diamond cameo pendant brooch

An agate cameo depicting an antique profile of a young woman with curly hair held in place by a diadem, wheat stems and ribbons. Framed in 18 carat gold with a Greek-style meander motif in black enamel studded with old-cut diamonds.
Eagle head since 1847 in Paris.
