Founded in the early 1950s by Nella Longari, a historic and influential figure in the Italian antiques world, the gallery is still located in its original premises in Via Bigli in the centre of Milan. Today, Mario and Ruggero, Nella’s sons, as well as her grandson, Marco, devote the same enthusiasm and share equal passion for research in the field of art. Sculptures, illuminated fragments and works of art from the early ages are all part of the Longari’s distinguished collection of masterpieces. The gallery exhibits regularly at the most important art fairs in Italy and at TEFAF Maastricht.
