Solid walnut wood and veneer, surface slightly repolished, cut and faceted glass with etched geometric pattern freshly re-gilt, partially hammered brass fittings, dial made of chased copper, 3 weights, 8 day-movement with Viennese 4/4-strike on 2 gong bars, repaired by a master clockmaker, excellent condition

First-class Viennese cabinet making

The long case clock was presented at the 1904 Kunstgewerbeverein exhibition together with the matching sideboard and a gas stove by Otto Wagner, designed for the apartment in the Majolikahaus on the Wienzeile in Vienna.
