Cuerda Seca Tile with Angel

This corner tile bears a thick blue border along two sides, decorated with flowers and scrolling palmettes. Inside, part of the greater scene is revealed showing the body and wing of an angel. The angel wears a turquoise robe fastened at the waist with a sash, and the wing is multi-coloured with green, blue, yellow and brown. The scene is set against a vibrant yellow ground.
